Nagarjun Gururaj

Nagarjun graduated from Vishveshvaraya Technological University, Belgaum (VTU) in the year 2012. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication. Later he worked as an Application Developer at IBM India Pvt. Ltd from 2012 – 2014. Nagarjun pursued his Master degree at Paderborn University in Germany and holds a partial Master Degree in Electrical Systems Engineering specializing in Signal and Information Processing. Last year in 2019 he interned at Digite Inc. in Bengaluru where he designed a solution for canopy cover estimation of maize plants. Later that year, he worked as a Product Engineer, Machine Learning at SMARTAIL, an Edtech startup where he was responsible for the AI solution of the product “Deepgrade”. Currently, Nagarjun works as a Data Evangelist-Computer Vision at InnovatorsBay Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru where he is responsible for designing and delivering solutions in security and surveillance domain using computer vision and deep learning.
